Harvey Shapoon: Page One

Harvey Shapoon is basically about this guy named Harvey Shppoon who wants to sail the tulgy seas. If you can't read the page, basically what's going on is he's stranded on the ocean in a baby float, dehydrating, when he spots a ship and sarts waving for help...and yelling too. I only used pen w00t!
